Noël Milarew Odingar

Biography:

Noël Milarew Odingar was a Chadian officer who briefly served as head of state and was later one of the nine members of the Supreme Military Council the military junta that ruled Chad between 1975 and 1978. A Sara Odingar was born in 1932. As a graduate of the French military academy he had a rapid career and in 1965 Odingar with the grade of Major took the post as commander of the Chadian Armed Forces a choice that strengthened Sara dominance of the government.
