Ram Chandra Poudel

Biography:

Ram Chandra Poudel or Ram Chandra Paudel is a Nepalese politician belonging to the Nepali Congress. In the 2008 Constituent Assembly election he was elected from the Tanahu-2 constituency winning 18970 votes. He was elected as the Leader of Parliamentary Party of the Nepali Congress on June 20 2009 by securing 61 votes against Sher Bahadur Deuba a former Prime Minister who secured 48 votes. Poudel is also Vice President of Nepali Congress Party.
