Biography:
Crispus Walter Kiyonga is a Ugandan physician and politician. He is the current Minister of Defence a position he has held since 2006. Prior to that he was Minister Without Portfolio in the Office of the President from 2005 until 2006. He is also the Member of Parliament for Bukonjo County West Kasese District in the Ugandan Parliament. In the cabinet reshuffle of May 2011 he retained his Defense portfolio.
