Chen Quanguo

Biography:

Chen Quanguo is a politician of the People's Republic of China. He is the Communist Party Chief and the top official of the Tibet Autonomous Region. Previously he was the Governor of Hebei Province and Deputy Party Chief of his native Henan Province. Chen holds a master's degree in economics.
