Anthony Stansfeld

Biography:

Anthony Stansfeld is the Police and Crime Commissioner for Thames Valley Police. He is the first person to hold the post and was elected on 15 November 2012 as the Conservative Party candidate. He was elected to West Berkshire Council in 2003 representing Kintbury ward having previously served on Kintbury Parish Council. From 2008-2012 he was appointed to Thames Valley Police Authority becoming chairman of the Performance Committtee in 2010).
