Mudane Ahmed Yusuf Yasin was the Vice-President of Somaliland a de facto independent republic which is recognized as a part of Somalia from 2002 until 2010. He was a member of Dahir Rayale Kahin's cabinet. Yasin earned a diploma in accounting from the British Career Training College in Jersey in 1981.
