Neal Lane Johnson known as Lanny Johnson (born 1940) is an American school superintendent in Winnsboro in Franklin Parish in northeastern Louisiana who served as a Democrat in the Louisiana House of Representatives from 1976 to 1980.Previously he was the superintendent in two other school districts.
