Kazuhiko Yamashita (Japanese: Yamashita Kazuhiko 山下和彦; born September 15 1953) has been a general authority and member of the First Quorum of the Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) since 2011. Yamashita converted to the LDS Church in 1971. Yamashita has a bachelors degree in physical education from Saitama University a masters degree from Tsukuba University and also studied the philosophy of physical education at Brigham Young University.
