Vitaliy Nikolayevich Buts (born 24 November 1986 in Mykolaiv) is a Ukrainian road bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Sakarya BB Pro Team. He has been riding since 1997 and turned professional in 2009 with the Lampre–NGC team.
