Missy Thomas Irvin is a state legislator in Arkansas. She serves in the Arkansas Senate representing district 18. She was initially elected in the 2010 election and started her term in 2011. She lives in Mountain View, Arkansas. She is a Republican. She serves on the Senate Ethics Committee. She and the committee rejected an ethics complaint against Kim Hendren over wage issues at his business. She and the committee censured Stephanie Flowers for calling a fellow legislator a dumb*.

Irvin and Jay Richardson introduced a bill to allow cyclists to yield at red lights and stop signs. It p*ed the legislature and was signed into law by Governor Asa Hutchinson.
