Borjana Krišto (born 13 August 1961) is a Bosnian Croat politician affiliated with the Croatian Democratic Union. She is the former president of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, one of two political en*ies that compose Bosnia and Herzegovina, from 22 February 2007 until 17 March 2011. She was also the first woman to hold the position.

In June 2011, Krišto was one of the candidates for nomination to the position of Chairman of the Council of Ministers. Out of three candidates, she came in third place when ranked by the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Krišto has been a member of both the national House of Peoples and House of Representatives.

Early life

Krišto grew up and attended elementary and high school in her hometown of Livno. She graduated from law school from the University of Banja Luka in Banja Luka. In 2001, in Sarajevo, Krišto p*ed the bar exam.
