Ray H. Altman

American politician

Ray H. Altman (born 1943) is an American politician. He served as a Republican member for the 51st district of the Kentucky House of Representatives.

Altman attended at the Campbellsville University. In 1987, he won the election for the 51st district of the Kentucky House of Representatives. Altman succeeded politician, Herman W. Ratliff. In 1996, he was succeeded by Ricky L. Cox for the 51 district. In 2004, Ernie Fletcher who served as the 60th Governor of Kentucky had arranged Altman to the Executive Branch Ethics Commission, in which Altman left his term in 2006. His term would've ended on July 14, 2008, for which E. Patrick Moores took over Altman's leftover term.
