American politician

Mark Dale Lowery (born March 28, 1957) is an American politician. He served as a Republican member for the 39th district of the Arkansas House of Representatives.

Lowery attended at the University of Arkansas, where he earned his master's degree. He served as a member for clubs in Maumelle, Arkansas. In 2013, Lowery won the election for the 39th district of the Arkansas House of Representatives, in which he was against Kelly Halstead. He succeeded politician, Tracy Steele. Lowery *umed his office on January 14, 2013.
