Martin J. "Marty" Moylan (born 1952) is the Illinois state representative for the 55th district. The 55th district includes all or parts of Arlington Heights, Des Plaines, Elk Grove Village, Park Ridge and the Edison Park Neighborhood.

As state Rep., Moylan serves as Chairperson of the Transportation Regulation, Roads and Bridges Committee; as Vice-Chairperson of the Cities & Villages Committee; and as a member of the Counties & Townships; Labor & Commerce; and Veterans' Affairs committees.
