Tokiyasu Fujita (藤田 宙靖, Fujita Tokiyasu, born April 6, 1940) was a member of the Supreme Court of *an and an administrative law professor at Tohoku University. He retired from the Supreme Court on April 5, 2010, upon reaching the mandatory retirement age of 70.
