Shingo Kawabata (川端 慎吾, Kawabata Shingo, born October 16, 1987 in Kaizuka, Osaka Prefecture, *an) is a professional *anese baseball player. He plays infielder for the Tokyo Yakult Swallows. Kawabata won the Central League batting *le in 2015 after recording a .336 average.
