Billy Dale Gossage known as Bill Gossage (born 1957) is an educational administrator from Ozark in Franklin County in northwestern Arkansas who has been since 2013 a Republican member of the Arkansas House of Representatives. His District 82 encompasses parts of Franklin Crawford and Madison counties.
