Joe Lonsdale (September 12 1982) is an American entrepreneur investor and philanthropist. Lonsdale is a founding partner at Formation 8 Partners a Silicon Valley technology investment fund that operates mostly between the United States and Asia. Lonsdale also co-founded and serves as Chairman of Addepar a private wealth management technology company.
