Chez Starbuck (born July 26 1982) is a former American actor who is best known for starring in The Disney Channel's made-for-TV movie The Thirteenth Year. After the success of The Thirteenth Year he starred alongside Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen in You're Invited to Mary-Kate & Ashley's School Dance as Rick Morgan Ashley's date. Chez guest starred in Disney Channel series Even Stevens. He starred in his first theatrical film Time Share as Nick.
