Adaptation of the comic book series of the same name in which a disbanded group of superheroes reunite after their adoptive father passes away. It was developed by Steve Blackman and written by Jeremy Slater.
Trivia:
The comic book was created by Brazilian comic book artist Gabriel Bá and My Chemical Romance lead singer Gerard Way. In 2019, the show was nominated for Saturn Awards and Emmy Awards for Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Contemporary Program (One Hour or More) and Outstanding Special Visual Effects. Elliot Page also earned a Choice Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Actress nomination at the 2019 Teen Choice Awards.
