Biography:
g Hanbin is a Chinese Communist Party politician. Wang was born in Hui'an Fujian Province in 1925. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1941. He graduated from the Southwest Union University in 1946. After the People's Republic of China was formed in 1949 he served as secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee until 1958 when he became the deputy secretary general of the Municipal Committee.
