Biography:
Rhoda Coghill was an Irish poet pianist and composer. She was born in Dublin and studied with Patricia Read in the Leinster School of Music. She continued her studies with Arthur Schnabel in Berlin. After completing her studies she took a position as the accompanist of Radio Éireann in 1939 where she remained until 1969.
