Michael Schmidt (agriculture)

Biography:

Michael Schmidt is a Canadian dairy farmer and advocate for raw milk. His story is documented in the film Milk War. Milk War is a story about Michael Schmidt’s battle to legalize the sale of unpasteurized milk. In defiance of the law Schmidt has supplied his neighbours with raw milk for over 20 years.
