Biography:
wrari Habte Giorgis Dinagde was the Ethiopian Minister of War during the reigns of Menelik II Iyasu V Zauditu and Haile Selassie. He is an Oromo born in Lake Dandy district of Jibat and Mecha in Shoa central Ethiopia and played a leading role in several battles. He himself was a young war captive by Menilik's invading forces during war of colonization and incorporation of Oromo and people of the South into Abysinian Empire.
