Biography:
Gu Xiulian was one of the vice chairmen of standing committee of 10th National People's Congress of China. She currently serves as the chairman of All-China Women's Federation. A native Nantong Jiangsu Province she received postgraduate education at central party school of CPC and is a senior engineer.
