Biography:
Chen Huanyou is the former governor of Jiangsu Province and secretary of CPC Jiangsu committee. Chen was born in Nantong Jiangsu Province. Since March 1950 he had been studying at PLA's Northeast University of Military and Politics and has served in the army. In 1952 he became to study at industrial economics department of China Renmin University and later at engineering economics department at Ha'erbin Institute of Technology.
