Biography:

Dr Ibrahim Abdullahi Gobir is a Nigerian politician who was elected Senator for Sokoto East in Sokoto State in the 9 April 2011 national elections. Gobir holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Detroit in the United States and a Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering and Energy from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University in Bauchi Nigeria.
