Rich Froning Jr. (born July 21 1987) is an American professional CrossFit athlete known for his achievements in the 2010 2011 2012 and 2013 CrossFit Games. He became the first person to win the title of Fittest Man on Earth three times with his first place in the 2011 2012 and 2013 CrossFit Games.
