About:
Animated romantic fantasy set amidst an unusually rainy season, the story follows a troubled country boy who runs away to Tokyo. When he arrives in the city he takes a job as an assistant for a magazine publishing company. One afternoon his world is forever changed when he meets a girl who can control weather patterns. The film was written and directed by Makoto Shinkai.
